Engineer inspecting industrial pipes for CIPP lining rehabilitation

Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining

Rehabilitate your existing sewer pipe from the inside — no digging, no mess, same-day service.

What Is CIPP Lining?

Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining is a trenchless rehabilitation method that creates a new pipe inside your existing damaged pipe. A resin-saturated liner is inserted and inflated against the pipe walls, then cured into a hard, smooth, jointless pipe — restoring full flow capacity without any excavation.

CIPP is ideal for pipes with cracks, joint failures, root intrusion, or corrosion where the pipe structure is still largely intact. It is one of the most cost-effective and minimally disruptive sewer repair methods available.

The CIPP Process

01

Video Inspection

A camera inspection identifies the exact location and extent of damage — cracks, root intrusion, joint failures, or corrosion.

02

Pipe Cleaning

We hydro-jet the existing pipe to remove debris, grease, and roots so the liner bonds properly to the pipe wall.

03

Liner Installation

A resin-saturated felt liner is inserted into the pipe and inflated against the pipe walls, conforming to the existing shape.

04

Curing & Final Inspection

The resin is cured using hot water or UV light, hardening into a smooth, jointless pipe within the old one. A final camera confirms the result.

Benefits of CIPP

Seamless New Pipe

The cured liner creates a smooth, jointless pipe that resists root intrusion and future cracking.

Minimal Downtime

Most CIPP jobs are completed in hours. Your plumbing is back in service the same day.

Cost-Effective

No excavation, no landscape repair, no concrete replacement — significantly lower total project cost.

No Dig Required

Your yard, driveway, and landscaping remain completely undisturbed throughout the process.

Is CIPP Right for Your Pipe?

CIPP works best when the existing pipe still has structural integrity. It is ideal for:

  • Pipes with cracks or fractures
  • Root intrusion without full pipe collapse
  • Corroded or deteriorating clay or cast iron pipes
  • Leaking pipe joints
  • Pipes under driveways, patios, or landscaping
  • Pipes in hard-to-access locations
